Tranquility is a 1/3 scale sculpture measuring approximately 19"x19"x12" and weighs 30 pounds. The piece was sculpted in clay from a live model and cast in bronze using the lost wax method. Each sculpture is chased, patinated and burnished by hand to achieve the desired coloration and highlights. The finished piece is sealed in multiple layers of wax and polished for its protection and luster.
