Every effort is made for the photographs in this web site to represent the art glass colors as closely as possible. However, because of the reflective and irridescent nature of dichroic glass, color shifts may occur. If you are not satisfied with your art glass for any reason, please contact Nan, and return the item within 3 days of receipt, in its original packaging, for a full refund.
The description of the ear fitting on each earring is under the enlargement of the thumbnail picture. Surgical steel earring posts and ear wires and Niobium ear wires are nickel-free and considered hypo-allergenic. Contact Nan at nan@nan-art.com or call 972-238-5842, or toll free 866-887-1998, if you require or prefer a different ear wire on a pair of earrings. Most hanging earrings can be fitted with your choice of sterling silver or silver-plated clips. Additional charges will be incurred for sterling silver and 14k gold clips.
Every effort is made to ensure that the backings on art glass jewelry pieces are attached securely. However, if a backing should come loose within 90 days of receipt, please return the jewelry and backing, and it will be repaired and returned at no charge.
Each piece of glass has been properly annealed for strength and durability and should not break under normal use conditions. However, it is glass, and if dropped on a hard surface, it may break. Unfortunately I cannot repair broken glass.
